Interstates Control Systems, Inc. (ICSI) has a rich history of providing innovative control system solutions to our clients since 1985.
The company was incorporated in 1996 in order to offer our clients the option of integrated or independent control system services. Within two years, the ICSI team moved to a new campus, a facility located east of the Interstates headquarters. Expansion continued, and in 1999, the ICSI group opened a Sioux Falls, South Dakota, regional office to support the continued demand for premier control system solutions.

Purchase of the I-Track™ product tracking system in 2006 helped spur the development of the Manufacturing Execution Systems and Manufacturing Information Technology departments—serving to bridge the gap between plant floor automation systems and corporate ERP systems. With these continual successes, MES and MIT were declared profit centers in September of 2006.
